IV. Description of the Order

1. Name of the contract: "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties located in Sector I of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica".

2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services:

1) collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated, from sector I of the city of Świdnica within the meaning of the resolution referred to in paragraph 7 below,

2) waste management referred to in point 1)

3) performance of services and obligations related to the services referred to above in points 1) and 2) indicated in the procurement documents.

4. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services in relation to all residential real estate, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident lives and all uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated, located in Sector I of the Municipality of Świdnica and remaining in the local system of ensuring municipal waste collection.

5. The Contracting Authority estimates that within Sector I of the Municipality of Świdnica:

1) has a population of approx. 13 292,

2) there are about 1127 residential properties, of which 128 properties are single-family properties,

3) there are about 300 uninhabited properties,

4) as part of the service provided, within a period of 12 months, a total of 7,056.50 Mg of municipal waste will be collected and transferred for management from Sector I of the City of Świdnica.

6. The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the service, the number of inhabited properties, the number of inhabitants, the number of uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, and thus - the amount of municipal waste, may be both increased and decreased. At the same time, pursuant to Article 433(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority guarantees that the size of the waste stream received (all together) will not decrease or increase by more than 5%.

7. Sector I of the Municipality of Świdnica was designated by Resolution No XLII/442/22 of the City Council in Świdnica of 24 June 2022 on the division of the Municipality of Świdnica into sectors of municipal waste collection and includes real estate located along the streets listed in Table 1.
