The assignment consists of supplying and managing service desk, workplace, data center and network services for Cycle with effect from 1-7-2019 at the latest.

For this tender Cycle is based on a target price. The target price is the amount that Cyclus, on the basis of internal calculations and indications from the market, thinks it will have to spend on the services mentioned in order to achieve the objectives stated in Appendix A. In this tender, Cyclus does not work with a ceiling or target price to ensure that creative, substantially better solutions can also be considered.

For the entire service as described in 'Appendix A: Vision and Objectives and Main Requirements' the target price is EUR 200 000 per year for a contract period of 48 calendar months. A total of EUR 800 000 for the contract period. In addition, if there are one-off costs for the installation of / transformation to the Provider's solution, these costs must form part of your offer and must be stated separately.
