Assistance to the contracting authority for the design and conduct of training on maritime issues and strategies for the national session of Ihedn

Relaunched following a declaration without follow-up due to insufficient competition, the purpose of this consultation is to provide project management assistance (AMO) for the design and conduct of training on maritime issues and strategies of the national session of the Ihedn. This mission includes in particular:

- assistance in the detailed educational variation of the program of the first major "Strategic and maritime issues" (ESM) of the national session of the IHEDN;

- assistance in the conduct of the program of the first major "Strategic and maritime issues" (ESM) of the National Session of the IHEDN.
