Supply of analytical equipment using the IMS method, 21 pieces1. Task No. 1 - Delivery of analytical equipment using the IMS method, in the amount of 21 pieces.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor will be obliged to provide min. 24 month warranty and guarantee, maximum 36 months. In the event that the manufacturer's warranty is shorter than the minimum required by the Ordering Party, the guarantee granted by the Contractor shall be binding for the Parties. If the Contractor offers a guarantee longer than the minimum, the warranty period will be equal to the guarantee period offered.
4. The Ordering Party requests to submit together with the offer the means of proof in question to confirm the compliance of the offered equipment with the requirements and technical and functional parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract, i.e.:
4.1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract by filling in the Offer Form (according to the template – Annex 4 to the SWZ) and containing the technical and functional parameters of the equipment – according to Annex 1 to the SWZ.
5. In order to confirm that the Contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in the proceedings concerning the economic or financial situation, the Contracting Authority may request, in particular, the following indicative measures:
5.1. Financial statements or parts thereof, where the preparation of the report is required by the laws of the country in which the contractor is established and, if they are audited by an audit firm in accordance with accounting regulations, also with the audit report and, in the case of contractors not obliged to prepare the financial statements, other documents specifying in particular revenues and assets, and liabilities - for a period not longer than the last 3 financial years, and if the period of conducting business activity is shorter - for this period.
5.2. Information of the Bank or Cooperative Savings and Credit Bank, confirming the amount of funds held or creditworthiness of the Contractor, within a period not earlier than 3 months prior to its filing.
5.3. If, for reasonable reason, the Contractor cannot submit documents relating to the financial or economic situation required by the Contracting Authority, it may submit another document which sufficiently confirms the fulfilment of the condition described by the Contracting Authority for participation in the proceedings.
6. In order to confirm that the Contractor fulfils the conditions for participation in technical or professional capacity proceedings, the Contracting Authority requests — a list of supplies (according to model - Annex 9 to SWZ) executed not earlier than the last three years before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during this period, including the indication of their type, value, date, place of performance and entities to whose supplies have been made, accompanied by evidence determining whether these supplies have been duly performed, with evidence of which speech, references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the supplies were made, and if the contractor for reasons independent of him is unable to obtain these documents, other relevant documents.
