Single Party Framework for the Support, Maintenance and Monitoring of all CMETB Local Area Networks (LAN’s), Wireless LAN’s, Firewalls and associated management platforms. Supply of additional requirements for same. The provision of additional services as required, associated with the above infrastructure, including but not limited to cabling services, network architecture/security advice. (CMETB) proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the following: 1. Supply of network equipment (including Firewalls and management platforms) on an “as needed” basis. 2. Supply and installation of network cabling, fibre, and upgrades on an “as needed” basis. 3. Managed service for the support and maintenance of existing fixed and wireless network infrastructure, including pro-active monitoring, altering the CMETB helpdesk as appropriate. 4. Network Engineering Services on a drawdown basis.
