1. The subject of the contract is the performance of operations and work resulting from the scope of revision repairs of level P4 maintenance of a railway vehicle for 1 pc of the vehicle type 40 EC series EN64-009, which is owned by the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (hereinafter: Vehicle), covering its scope the order basic and order covered by option law.

2. A detailed description of the item of the order (OPZ) can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of operations and work resulting from the scope of revision repairs of level P4 maintenance of a railway vehicle for 1 pc of the vehicle type 40 EC series EN64-009, which is owned by the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship (hereinafter: Vehicle), covering its scope the order basic and order covered by option law.

2. The Contractor under the basic contract will be obliged to perform the following:

1. The work always carried out during each revision repair of level P4 in accordance with the guidelines set out in paragraph 5 of the OPZ (Annex 1 to the SWZ).

2) Execution of works related to the dismantling of currently built up elements and assembly of elements of the Passenger Information System, Advertising Issues, Monitoring and Passenger Counting provided by ENTE sp. z o. o. o., based on documentation provided with the elements in question covering all stages of the installation, configuration and implementation process of all elements. The Contractor shall draw up the required documentation, i.e. diagrams, descriptions, design and installation diagrams, DTR and WTO systems, operating instructions and proposals for changes to DSU cards due to changes in component types. The list of elements envisaged for assembly by the Contractor is Annex 2 to the OPZ. The process of exchanging elements of the Passenger Information System, Advertising Issues, Monitoring and Passenger Counting should be carried out in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/545 of 4 April 2018.

3. The Contractor under option law will be obliged to perform the following:

1) Option No. 1 — Replacement of brake discs and monoblock wheels with new ones;

2) Option 2 — Replacement of driving and braking trackers with new ones, calibration of the LE3000PLUS electricity meter and cleaning with descalation of fecal tanks;

3) Option No. 3 — Replacement of bearings of three traction motors (fourth engine after main repair in 2021);

4) Option 4 — Main test of three gears together with replacement of clutch wear parts with wedge component packages of all four gears (fourth gear after main repair in 2021);

5) Option No. 5 — Adjustment (modernization) of dual-cab train radio to GSM-R/VHF standard with construction documentation, GSM-R installation guidance and relevant certification. Whereas the review and measurement of technical parameters (power, deviance, sensitivity) The process of adapting the train radio should be carried out in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/545 of 4 April 2018;

6) Option No. 6 — Delivery of 1 piece of traction engine type DKLBZ 0912-4 to the Maintenance Section of the Świętokrzyskie rolling stock of POLREGIO S.A. in Skarżysko-Kamienna or other place previously established with the Contractor;

4. The technical data of the vehicle referred to in paragraph 1 shall be included in Annex 1 to the OPZ.

5. Requirements for assembly of elements of the Passenger Information System, Advertising Issues, Monitoring and Passenger Counting are included in Annex 2 to the OPZ

Other information:

1. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.

2. The Contracting Authority does not provide:

1) conclusion of a framework agreement;

2) the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp;

3) electronic auction;

4) reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to Article 261 of the Pzp Act;

5. the employment requirements of persons referred to in Article 96 (2) (2) of the Pzp Act;

6) reservations of the possibility of applying for the award of the contract only by the Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act

7) the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key tasks referred to in Articles 60 and 121 of the Pzp Act;

8) the requirement or possibility to submit tenders in the form of electronic catalogs or to attach electronic catalogues to the tender, in the situation laid down in Article 93 of the Pzp Act.
