The contract aims at the designation of a company responsible for the complete mission of carrying out the demolition work of existing buildings as well as the construction of 23 medium-sized housing, 29 parking spaces in the basement (26 cars + 3 motorcycles) and communal equipment including a 28-bed crèche, premises for the non-profit organization Prévention-Animation-Jeunesse (PAJ) and the development of an indoor semi-private courtyard, within the framework of the Habitat Alliance.
