The detailed description of the standard of the technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) specified in Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and in Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference). If the activity described in the above-mentioned appendices is not provided for in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference), then the provisions of Appendix No. 3.1 to the Terms of Reference and Appendix No. 3.2 to the Terms of Reference shall not apply in this respect.

The material scope for a given part includes works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting 7,420 m3, forest renewal 3.7 HA, corrections 1.2 HA, CW 19.84 HA, CP 55.95 HA, crop care 31.93 HA, agrotechnical drainage 0.5 ha, construction of new fences 9.50 HM, dismantling of fences 64.81 HM

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act").

Package VIII – forestry: Czerwona Wola – includes timber harvesting (total wood production with a saw or any technology to be chosen by the Contractor), wood harvesting, tasks in forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection;

The material scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, resulting from Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;
