Scoil Mhuire gan Smál Cailíní is a girls’ primary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Cork and Ross.

In summary, the project will comprise:

Section A:

— 2 x classrooms 80.0 m2 each

— 6 x SET rooms 15 m2 each

— giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 322.6 m2

Section B:

— two classroom SEN Base 343.2 m2

— giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 439.3 m2

— giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases and lift: 882 m2

Section C

— buildings for demolition/removal: existing Prefab 60 m2 and existing Covered Shelter 150 m2

Also external:

— secure hard and soft play area 200 m2

— sensory garden 100 m2

— 6 parking spaces.
