The contractor shall be responsible for the cleaning of certain designated spaces at Vikingaåsen School and/or Södersunda School in Jomala municipality in Åland. The remaining spaces are cleaned by the Client's own staff. The spaces covered by the contract amount to 1,506 m² at Vikingaåsen School and 679 m² at Södersunda School. The cleaning should be done at least every school day (about 190 days per year) after the time of operation. During the month of July, there is no activity in the school. Tenders can be given for cleaning only one school or at both schools.
