Article 2: object of the contract

2.1. General framework

AGOSPAP hosts its “business and accounting” software packages in SAAS mode and in its premises various servers.

AGOSPAP wishes to delegate the management, operation, optimization and security of its servers to an external provider, specialist in cloud-type hosting.

2.2. Market perimeter

The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust, in the short term, to the contract holder the supply of a hosting solution and its outsourcing composed of the servers still hosted on the premises of AGOSPAP:

- the provision of an infrastructure dedicated to AGOSPAP, a private cloud; and

- hosted at the licensee's migration from AGOSPAP servers to ISO perimeter, including the proper functioning of the applications and data already installed;

- PAAS services with additional MCO.
