The subject of the contract is the provision of regular employee transport services by the Contractor's vehicles in accordance with the bus and minibus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract. The course is understood as the number of kilometers on a given day on a given route. In terms of remuneration, the course is calculated as the product of the number of kilometers and the rate per km on a given day on a given route

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of regular employee transport services by the Contractor's vehicles in accordance with the bus and minibus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract. The course is understood as the number of kilometers on a given day on a given route. In terms of remuneration, the course is calculated as the product of the number of kilometers and the rate per km on a given day on a given route.

2. The provision of regular employee transport referred to in paragraph 1 shall be understood as the substitution of buses/buses with at least 10 seats, not including the driver, in a place determined in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract and the performance of transport under the conditions provided for in the draft contract, including in accordance with the bus and bus timetable constituting Annex 1 to the draft agreement by the following routes:

- departure from ZK Garbalin (address: Garbalin 18, 99 – 100 Łęczyca) - arrival at WER Łódź (address: al. Włókniarzy 227, 90-900 Łódź),

- departure from WER Łódź (address: al. Włókniarzy 227, 90-900 Łódź) - arrival at ZK Garbalin (address: Garbalin 18, 99 – 100 Łęczyca).

Employees detained in detention centres shall be transported without a guard.

3. The estimated number of km during the contract period is 23 184 km. The estimated daily route is about 46 km one way.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding services to the existing Contractor, under the single-source procurement procedure, pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the contract, in particular if it is necessary to continue the contract to secure the needs of the Contracting Authority, in particular when the amount specified in the contract is exhausted or the period expires, for which the contract was concluded

1) Orders will be awarded on the terms described in the Description of the subject of the contract with changes resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party, but not exceeding the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract.

2) The total period of performance of contracts awarded pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed a period of 12 months.

3) The award of a contract pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law shall be conditional on:

- proper performance of the basic contract by the Contractor,

- the Ordering Party's disposal of financial resources for its implementation.

4) The contracting authority will award the contract pursuant to Article 388 point 2 letter c of the Public Procurement Law on the terms resulting from the draft contract attached to the SWZ, while the subject of negotiations with the Contractor will be, in particular, the price for the implementation of the subject of the contract.

5) The scope of the above orders will consist in repeating the services from the basic order and cover the following amount of 23 184 km.
