This consultation concerns the care and maintenance of lifts, lifts, PRM lifts and escalators at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes and its annex building, known as the “Riviera”. It will give rise, pursuant to Article R. 2162-1, the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 and Articles R. 2162-4-2°, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, to the conclusion of a composite single-award framework agreement, that is to say corresponding in part to an ordinary contract at a global and lump-sum price (part A), and party to a framework agreement with purchase orders at unit prices (Part B). The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum, but with a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros (excl. VAT). This amount applies for the initial period and for each of the renewal periods (see section Ii.2.7 of this notice). The description of benefits is provided in section II.2.4 of this notice.

It will result in the conclusion of a composite mono-award framework agreement partly corresponding to an ordinary contract at a global and lump-sum price (part A) and partly to a framework agreement at unit prices giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders (part B). Part A concerns preventive care and maintenance (extended maintenance for all devices, except for the PMR lift platform, i.e. involving the repair and/or replacement of important parts), as well as corrective maintenance (including 24-hour troubleshooting) .Part B concerns all interventions not included in part A. The park is composed of 17 lifts (including 3 hydraulic lifts), 1 hydraulic lifting platform for people with reduced mobility, 13 lifts (including 6 hydraulic lifts) and 13 escalators.The area of the Palace is, all types of spaces combined, of approximately 81,000 m2, or 56,000 m2 spread over 9 levels for the Palace and 25,000 m2 spread over 3 levels for the area called “Riviera” .The establishment is classified ERP type t, l, n, p, w, pa - category 1
