3.1. The subject of the Order is the supply of electricity for 2024 with a total estimated quantity of:

44 652.115 MWh, including for own needs of PGA SA facilities in the amount of 5 137.831 MWh and for resale for customers of PGA SA in the amount of 39 514.284 MWh.

3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the documentation attached to it.

3.3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
