The provision of a Primary Care Streaming Service in Emergency Departments within Leeds. The contract will be let for a period of 18 months at a value of 1 895 658 GBP for 18 months. The value per annum is therefore 1 263 772 GBP.

The contract was let my NHS Leeds North CCG with NHS Leeds South and East CCG and NHS Leeds West CCG names as associates. The parties will be transitioning into the NHS Leeds CCG Partnership during the term of the contract.
