The objective of the procurement is to cover VAV's extended need for engineering design competence within water and sewage. The engineering design competence is a prerequisite for VAV being able to carry out its planned projects. The need for engineering design competence also includes a need for competence within technical drawing/CAD.

Sub tenders can be submitted in this competition. Three categories of consultants shall be hired: There can be several contracts for each category, up to a stated amount of manlabour years.
