The State Office for Refugee Affairs (LAF) intends to provide catering services for refugee accommodation at Siverstorpstrasse 5-19 in 13125 Berlin, Wotanstrasse 2-3 in 10365 Berlin and Buchholzer Str. 110-140, in 13159 Berlin. The services constitute services within the meaning of Section 3 of the VgV. The award procedure is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Part Four of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV), in each case in the version valid at the time of dispatch of the above-mentioned EU notice. The contractor shall take over the supply and supply of food and beverages to the persons accommodated in the respective above-mentioned accommodation with full daily board.
