The municipality of Veenendaal is currently developing the third district in Veenendaal-oost: Groenpoort. An important starting point is that the homes are offered heat and cold from a collective system. A new power plant has therefore been designed for this district. This power plant generates heat and cold centrally with a general heating system, heat pumps, electric boilers and a hot water buffer. Through the Distribution Network (four-pipe distribution system; hot a+r and cold a+r) which is put on the market with this tender, the heat and cold is distributed to the homes.

Assignment includes design, realization and maintenance for a distribution network for heat and cold for the Groenpoort district to be built (ca. 970 homes).
