The contracting authority wishes to replace its lockers and thereby make a modernisation move. In concrete terms, this means the delivery of 2000 electronic lockers. In addition, the Client also needs to activate and maintain electronic lockers. The Assignment therefore includes:

1. The removal of the current lockers;

2. The delivery, assembly and commissioning of the new electronic lockers;

3. Providing and implementing a digital locker management system;

4. Service & maintenance of the lockers;

5. Service and hosting of the locker management system.

The contracting authority intends to conclude an agreement with one Contractor for the delivery, installation and commissioning as well as the maintenance of 2000 electronic lockers including the service and hosting of the software.

The estimated value of the contract is € 400,000,-. This amount is an indication from which no rights can be derived by the tenderer.
