3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of collection and development services

Municipal waste (unsorted and segregated) from inhabited real estate located in the Mogilany commune, Cracow poviat, voivodeship Lesser.

3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in Annex 9 to the ToR.

3.3. The deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract in the field of waste collection and management from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
