Conversion and renovation of Halls 2 and 3, Bahnmeisterei and Lokschuppen

In freight halls 2 and 3 of the Oberhafenquartier of HafenCity, usable areas for cultural and creative use, as well as in the locomotive shed and parts of the ground floor of the Alte Bahnmeisterei are to be used for a club. For this purpose, the existing warehouses, the buildings Alte

Bahnmeisterei and the locomotive shed are to be prepared.

Performance summary:

Dismantling of pipe steel/copper DN 12 to DN 50 incl. insulation: approx. 220 running meters

SML pipe DN 100 to DN 160 incl. fittings and fittings: 70 running metres;

Drinking water pipe made of stainless steel DN 12 to DN 50: approx. 650 running metres;

Shut-off valves DN 12 to DN 50: 26 pcs.; Fitting water meter: 21 pcs;

Flow divider: 6 pcs; Outdoor tap in surface-mounted cabinet: 7 pcs; Flushing station: 1 piece; Urinal gutter: 1 pc.

For this purpose, the existing warehouses, the buildings Alte Bahnmeisterei and the locomotive shed are to be prepared.

For the electrical installation, meter cabinets in large cabinet design and general distribution boards for the new technical rooms are provided. Approx. 10 km of electrical conduits, approx. 2 km of halogen-free main cables and approx. 20 km of halogen-free installation cables are laid.

For the equipment of the rental units, approx. 20 installation distributors are provided with ready-to-connect distributors with safety elements NH00.

In addition to general basic lighting, emergency lighting is also provided, connected to the existing central battery system.

In addition to a fire alarm system, a voice alarm system is also provided.

Earthing system and lightning protection system are also provided.
