Community Rehabilitation in Nursing Homes.

Tenderers are invited for the procurement of services as set out in the Community Rehabilitation in Nursing Homes Service Specification for the Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The contract will have duration of 3 years with the option to extend a further 2 years.

It is the intention of the Isle of Wight CCG to commission 51 beds for people undertaking rehabilitation in Nursing Homes in partnership with Rehabilitation Teams from another provider. These beds will be on a phased roll out from the 1.4.2018.

Value banding is for all years i.e. 3 years + 2 years extension, 10 000 000 GBP - 11 000 000 GBP.

It is the intention of the Isle of Wight CCG to commission an additional 51 beds for frail/elderly people undertaking rehabilitation in a Nursing Home. These beds will be on a phased roll out from the 1.4.2018.

The Contracting Authority may award to multiple providers for this service. Further information will be provided at ITT stage.
