The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract for “Cleaning services of premises and associated services” for the IFPEN and COFIP establishments in Rueil-Malmaison (92) and the IFPEN establishment in Solaize (69):
- cleaning the premises;
— Associated services:
—— for both sites: management of receipt of deliveries, couriers, handling...
—— for Solaize only: a part-time logistics agent (management of workwear, bicycle park, meeting rooms...);
—— for Rueil only: two part-time outdoor maintenance agents and one agent for the management of transport services;
— possible additional benefit: 3D benefit: disinfection — disinsection — deratization.
The market is at mixed prices, partly at global and flat price, partly at unit prices on the basis of purchase orders.
