The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport in the area of operation of ZKKM in Chrzanów on bus line No A (including part of tasks on line No. B) according to timetables with parameters specified in paragraph 2.3 SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport in the area of operation of ZKKM in Chrzanów on bus line No A (including part of tasks on line No. B).

Bus line number A (including part of the sentences on line No. B) of the relationship: Metków Mały — Libiąż Malnia Janina — Libiąż Kosówki — Chełmek Osiedle — Libiąż Budzowy - Libiąż Malnia Jania.

In total, the planned transport work on the lines covered by the subject of the contract over the period of 48 months is 381,204 carriage kilometers.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the transport work under the conditions described in paragraphs 2.5 to 2.9 SWZ

2) The Contracting Authority requires, during the execution of the contract, employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of bus drivers i.e. persons carrying out the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (t. j. j. j. U. 2020. item 1320 as amended) in the quantity necessary for the implementation of the service.
