he Ateliers Médicis, already installed since June 2018 on a transitional site of nearly 1,000 square meters in Montfermeil, will integrate in 2026 a 6,000 square meter hybrid facility in the immediate vicinity of the future "Clichy-Montfermeil" station of line 16 of the Grand Paris Express. The market is scheduled to start in February 2024. It will focus on: see the benefits required by the CCTP.
