Hjelmeland, Finnøy, Rennesøy, Eigersund, Lund, Kvitsøy, Sokndal municipalities, with option for Forsand municipality (henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority), shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of office supplies, school materials and copy paper.
