The purpose of the contract is a project management mission for the rehabilitation of kindergarten of the Berthie Albrecht school group. The tasks of project management are defined within the CCTP, category “Rehabilitation Building Work”. The core mission includes:

- pre-project studies;

- project studies;

— implementation studies (EXE1), visa and synthesis of the implementation studies carried out by the holders of the work;

— assistance in the award of public works contracts;

— direction for the execution of public works contracts;

— assistance in reception and additional mission operations: OPC — diagnosis.

The estimated turnaround time for the MOE mission is approximately 22 months from the notification of the contract plus twelve months of guarantee of perfect completion. Optional slice: not applicable. Open tender procedure, contract paid by a global price and lump sum according to the provisions of the CCAP. The work is estimated at EUR 2 700,000 excl. VAT.
