The assignment includes the collection on demand of asbestos cement in sheet and cubic bags in the municipalities within the scope of IVOO (Bredene, Gistel, Ichtegem, Middelkerke, Ostend and Oudenburg), the transport to an approved processor and the processing of the collected asbestos cement.

The client shall make sheet and cubicle bags available to the project participants in which asbestos waste can be offered for collection and processing in an easily accessible place on the street side.

For the organisation of this assignment, the client has received a project subsidy with a maximum fixed subsidy amount from OVAM. This project will run until 17 December 2024 at the latest.
