The municipality of Enschede, also acting as secretary on behalf of the other contracting authorities, the municipalities of Haaksbergen, Losser, Dinkelland-Oldenzaal, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Borne, Twenterand and Rijssen-Holten, hereinafter referred to as 'participants', on the basis of statutory task to award an assignment to a contractor for the delivery and implementation of a new application for Regional Reporting and Coordination Function (hereafter RMC), compulsory education and student transport. Each participant will conclude an agreement for himself.
