De Nederlandsche Bank nv (DNB) has gone through a European public tendering procedure for the award of the agreement for Research / advice Medium-term financial infrastructure. All tenders received in the context of the open procedure have been classified by DNB as irregular and / or unacceptable within the meaning of Article 2.28 paragraph 1 under b of the Procurement Act. The open procedure has therefore been terminated and a competition procedure with negotiation with prior publication is now being started in order to still obtain the award of the Agreement.
