In order to optimize resources and achieve better efficiency, and better organization and management of the work to be carried out by the contractor, it is understood that the contract includes construction materials, labor, waste management, safety and protection measures provided for in current regulations, machinery, fuels and tools that are necessary, in order to carry out or dispose of the logical and practical order of the good trade, without this implying an increase in the price offered even if they are not fully described in the concept.
