This contract concerns the door-to-door collection and the possible transfer of the PMC fraction and the door-to-door collection of paper and cardboard (P / C) of household origin in the municipalities listed in Annex C ( the market"). This service provision is part of Fost Plus's obligation to take back household packaging waste in accordance with the cooperation agreement. To this end, the contracting authority has concluded a contract with Fost Plus, the approved body for household packaging waste. It is also the latter who will remunerate the services provided by the service provider in the context of this contract.
The duration of the contract established over 7 years is justified by the fact that it allows a reasonable amortization period for the investments requested in view of the request of the contracting authority, to acquire minimum EURO 6 trucks, or even, using alternative fuels.
