Insurance solution for the sale of real estate sold at the executive auction of Kronofogden.
The Kronofogde Authority (Kronofogden) invites tenders for insurance of properties sold executively through Kronofogden's service. The insurance will be subscribed by Kronofogden for real estate around Sweden with type codes 220, 223 and 225 having an assessed market value of at least SEK 200,000. Insurance is subscribed solely for said property where there is not since previously adequate and valid insurance. The insurance shall apply to the buyer of the property for a limited period of time.
The insurance shall be a basic protection and cover injury events such as fire, water damage, injury, theft, etc.
The chrono train intends to sign a framework agreement with a supplier, this in order to obtain a uniform insurance cover for the buyers regardless of where in the country the property is located

The chrono fund intends to take out an insurance policy in all cases where it is not previously clear that there is already valid and adequate insurance when a property with type code 220 (small house unit, built-up), 223 (Single house unit, residential building with premises) or 225 (small house unit, single house on unfree basis), with an assessed market value of at least 200 000 SEK sold executively through the Kronofogden Service. The insurance shall apply to the buyer of the property for a limited period of time when he himself has a limited opportunity to take out insurance himself at the time of the auction.
