The target of the procurement is the renovation services of Kultaranta's loose furniture for procurement group G.1. This acquisition is part of a wider procurement of renovation services for Kultaranta's loose furniture, and for the other procurement groups, competitive tendering will be launched later in 2023. Some of the furniture is originally designed in 1916, some was designed in connection with the renovation in 1930, some artek furniture from the 1980s and some is collected from various buildings in the area, which we want to use and utilise in the interior design also in the future.

The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the procurement documents.

The subscriber chooses one (1) service provider with which it contracts.

The estimated start date of the agreement period is January 2023 at the earliest. The agreement enters into force at the time of signature and is valid for a fixed period and ends without further notice when the Service Provider has performed the Service in accordance with the contract, in a manner approved by the Subscriber, and the warranty period has expired.

The renovations of group G.1 shall be completed by 31.5.2023 at the latest.
