The Port of Odense intends to enter into a 4-year framework agreement with the possibility of extension for 4 times a year on technical advice and assistance. The advice includes assistance in connection with the preparatory work, including in the preparation of the reports that may be required by the authorities in connection with obtaining permits to carry out the Port of Odense's projects, including EIA and full authority project. The advice also includes assistance in the preparation of material for the possible postponement of contracts for the physical works/analyses that may be necessary for the adviser to prepare the necessary reports for the authorities. At the request of the Port of Odense, the consultant must also assist the Port of Odense during the tendering processes that precede the contracting with the turnkey contractors who will carry out the Port of Odense's projects. At the request of the Port of Odense, the consultant during the execution of the projects shall assist the Port of Odense in any matter as subject supervision.
The Port of Odense intends to enter into a framework agreement with an advisor who can provide technical advice and assistance to the Port of Odense A/S (Port of Odense) during the term of the framework agreement. The advice will include, but is not limited to, advice in all phases in connection with the following three construction projects (hereint together referred to as the Port Projects):
- Expansion of sailing into Lindø from sailing depth of 11.0 meters to sailing depth of 12.0 meters and from sailing width of at least 60 meters to sailing width of approx. 140 meters, which corresponds to a deepening of at least 2.5 million cubic meters.
- Establishment of a new harbour basin with a depth of 12.0 metres inland and with the establishment of approximately 1,000 metres of quay and a deepening / material relocation of at least 700,000 cubic metres.
- Deepening of existing basins to a depth of 12.0 meters, corresponding to a dredging of approximately 500,000 cubic meters.
The Port of Odense estimates that the total construction cost of these three projects will amount to DKK 700,000,000 – DKK 1,000,000,000.
The framework agreement includes advice to the Port of Odense in all phases of the above-mentioned projects, including in the programme phase, the proposal phase, the design phase, the execution phase and in the use phase. The advice thus includes assistance in connection with the preparatory work, including in the preparation of the reports that may be required by the authorities in connection with obtaining permits to carry out the projects, including the EIA report and the full authority project. The advice also includes assistance in the preparation of material for the possible postponement of contracts for the physical works/analyses that may be necessary for the adviser to prepare the necessary reports for the authorities. At the request of the Port of Odense, the consultant must also assist the Port of Odense during the tendering processes that precede the contracting with the turnkey contractors who are to carry out the Port projects, including assistance in the preparation of tender documents as well as assistance during the tenders in connection with any negotiation meetings and in the evaluation, etc. At the request of the Port of Odense, the advisor during the execution of the projects shall assist the Port of Odense in any matter as subject supervision, and after the execution of the projects, the advisor shall assist the Port of Odense to the extent that there may be a need for this.
In addition to advising on the execution of the above-mentioned works, the services in the framework agreement also include any additional tasks on technical advice and assistance that may become relevant during the term of the framework agreement.
