Execution of the rehabilitation/restructuring contract, under the controlled cost housing (HCC) regime, two vacant/unfinished buildings, located on Avenida Dona Maria II, whose buildings were recently acquired by the Municipality, framing the intervention in the Local Housing Strategy and in the Collaboration Agreement signed with the Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU), benefiting from funding under the 1st Right Programme, reinforced by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP). Once the contract is completed, the 4-storey buildings (ground floor + 3) will have a gross construction area of 7,423 square meters, spread over 53 fractions, in the quantities and typologies of 11 T1, 30 T2, 11 T3 and a large space for municipal services, increasing the supply of housing in the Municipality of Ovar, ensuring access to decent housing, specifically social housing, as a fundamental right enshrined in the Constitution.
