The object of the contract is the specialized technical support service to guarantee the correct functioning of the integral system of management of the collections, currently MuseumPlusRIA, and of support to the users of the system (administration, permissions, attention and resolution of incidents and doubts, and training on the use and functionalities of the system).

The successful bidder must provide service to all the centers and museums specified in the technical specifications.
