Each lot is the subject of a framework agreement executed by issuing order forms with no minimum or maximum concluded, subject to a sufficient number of tenders, with three economic operators. For information, all the other lots were the subject of a previous consultation. The market takes effect and runs from the receipt of the notification by the holder. End of contract: 30.4.2025. The contract is concluded at revisable unit prices under the conditions of articles R. 2112-6 to R. 2112-14 of the public order code. The prices are revised each year on the anniversary date of the market.
