Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) needs a provider of leasing vehicles (Lot 1: bicycles, e-bikes and cargo bikes; Lot 2 e-scooters and optional pedelecs).

IBB is part of the IBB Group and a subsidiary of IBB Unternehmensverwaltung AöR. The other companies of the IBB Group (hereinafter: the persons entitled to join), in particular IBB Business Team GmbH, IBB Capital GmbH or IBB Ventures, are also to be given the opportunity to join this contract in order to enable their employees to make a corresponding leasing offer on the basis of this contract. The contractor agrees to provide the services arising from this contractual relationship also to a person entitled to join. The exact details of the technical and operational implementation will be coordinated and implemented between the contractor and the joining company after the accession has taken place. The rights and obligations between the respective beneficiaries and the contractor exist independently of the obligations between IBB and the contractor.
