On the decision of the 2018 residential summit and in view of the corona pandemic, the value limits for building contracts were raised for a limited period in VOB / A. The research project is intended to evaluate the effects of the increase in terms of competition, efficiency, transparency and corruption prevention on the one hand and administrative efficiency on the other. In addition, the regular value limits of VOB / A should be examined equally. The aim is to develop a recommendation for the value limits in VOB / A after December 31, 2021.
