FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - INTERIM MANAGEMENT - SELECTION OF A PARTNER FOR THE PROVISION OF QUALIFIED PROFILES UNDER INDEPENDENT STATUS

The purpose of this contract is to select a “interim management” type firm, that is to say a partner capable of presenting service providers to SPI to carry out specific missions.

In a context of talent war, variability of needs, a work organization based more on projects rather than on functions, SPI wishes to bring flexibility in the management of its human resources...

To do this, the use of “independent” employees, interim managers, in addition to the staff in place, who can work for a few weeks or a few years, full-time or part-time within the framework of defined missions appears as one of the solutions for the future. SPI therefore wishes to hire the services of a partner who is able to present the right candidates.

The skills mainly sought are the following: management of real estate projects, management of IT and data projects, project set-up, continuous improvement, management control, managerial transformation projects, management... The profiles targeted in the context of these temporary missions are essentially academic profiles and/or expert in project management and showing great adaptability to be quickly operational.

This contract constitutes a framework agreement; therefore the Contracting Authority cannot commit itself to a defined number of services.
