Assistance services include:

- initialization, monitoring and implementation, they are broken down as follows:

- item 10 (firm share): operational phase for a period of 12 months,

- item 20 (option 1): extension of the contract for a period of 6 months at the end of item 10,

- item 30 (option 2): extension of the contract for a period of 6 months at the end of item 20,

- item 40 (option 3): reversibility.
