1. The subject of the procedure and the procurement is the decision of the Contractor for the provision of successive clean maintenance services in the municipal forests of the City of Krakow in 2022, for the Board of Urban Green in Kraków. Proceedings No NP.26.2.92.21.BT.
1.1. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the successive maintenance of cleanliness in the municipal forests of the City of Krakow managed by the Ordering Party during the period from 03.01.2022 to 17.12.2022, and in particular the emptying of at least 268 pieces of trash cans (average 40 l capacity of the basket — 3 types of baskets), and cleaning of the site with an area of at least 46.531 m2, as well as the implementation of intervention orders for emptying baskets and land area. Within the framework of flat contractual values and basic monthly remuneration for the scope of successive services, it is strictly required to clean all indicated areas in full and empty all baskets, regardless of the contamination status of the land area indicated in description of the order and the filling of the bin, 2 times a week (if Monday or Friday falls out on the festive day, then it should be cleaned up on the next working day following those days, in addition where the basket is destroyed or missing, or there is rubbish within 3 m from the basket the Contractor is also obliged to remove and clean up within a flat unit value), i.e. on Mondays and Fridays until 12:00, at which time each basket and place is to be completely and duly cleaned. The scope of the contract also provides for the possibility of ordering intervention activities in the field of basket emptying and site cleaning services during the period of implementation of the contract in the field of the basic contract up to the amount of PLN 100.000.00, gross settled on the basis of current orders at flat rate unit values (rates). Maintenance of purity shall include, in particular, collection, loading, export and liability for disposal in accordance with applicable regulations of any rubbish, impurity and solid waste and organic and vegetable materials located in and within 5 metres of baskets, and throughout the area of the designated area covered by cleaning.
1.2. The Contractor must offer the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the SWZ and its annexes.
2. The Contractor should complete and sign the offer form together with a spreadtable showing flat unit prices or submit an offer corresponding to their content, using a qualified electronic signature and post on the platform provided by the Contracting Authority under address: https://www.soldea.pl/epz/epz/.
3. The Contractor must attach to the tender all documents and statements and attachments presented in the SWZ signed using a qualified electronic signature.
4. Conditions for the execution of the order are also included in the proposed provisions of the contract concluded in the SWZ.
