Avans wishes to conclude two (2) framework agreements (one per parcel) with a maximum of two (2) Contractors for the provision of communication services. The Assignment will be divided into two lots. Within each plot, it is intended to contract one Contractor.
The following plots have been formed:
Lot 1: Communication advice
Lot 2: Labour market communication
The coherence in disciplines, the logical division as we see it in the market and the reflection in how DMCS and DP&O are set up, made us decide to organize the plots in this way. Lot 1 consists of strategic communication advice, and tactical and operational communication activities. Lot 2 contains the development and development of a labour market strategy in resources, content and (recruitment) actions.
