Provision of home help service in the municipality of Almuñécar in batches:

- lot 1: home help service as a basic provision of community social services,

- Lot 2: home help service as a provision of the autonomy system and care for dependence.

The provision of the home help service in the terms set forth in the reference regulations with the treatment of basic provision of social services, aimed at all those who do not have a recognized situation of dependency or those who, having recognized it, do not correspond to the effectiveness of the right to benefits of the Law for the Promotion of Autonomy and Care for people in situations of dependency, based on the credits available in the item of current expenses of the Almuñécar City Council, destined for this purpose.

Provision of the home help service prescribed for people in situations of dependency recognized in a Resolution issued by the head of the corresponding territorial delegation of equality and social policies, in application of Law 39/2006, of December 14, on Promotion of the Autonomy and Care for People in Dependency, regulated in the AC of Andalusia through the Order of November 15, 2007, whose operation will be organized and coordinated by the Community Social Services of the Almuñécar City Council in compliance with the regulations in force.
