The contract takes the form of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. The contract is dealt with at unit prices. The services to be carried out are defined as and when required by means of purchase orders. Payments are made on the basis of the unit price list and the quantities actually executed. The contract does not contain a minimum amount. The maximum annual amount is:- for lot 1: 50,000 euro(s) excl. VAT- for lot no. 2: 80,000 euro(s) excl. VATThe amounts are the same for each renewal period. The contract is for a period of one year from the date of its notification, tacitly renewable 5 times for the same period, i.e. a maximum duration of 6 years
