The subject of the contract shall be the provision to the Contracting Authority for remuneration of a service consisting in the performance of postal operational activities set out in Annex No 1 to the draft contract.

The service will be performed at the Expeditionary and Distribution Node in Komorniki, 120 Polna Street in the organizational zones/cells, i.e. in the reception area, parcels and expeditions, during the days and hours of operation of the organizational cells, i.e. day and night, seven days a week, including in the day and night hours of operation of the organizational cells, seven days of the day, seven days a week, including in the week. designated holiday days.

The number of hours provided for the performance of the Contractor during the duration of the contract shall be:

— Number of rbh per month: minimum — 3,000, maximum — 9,000;

Number of rbh for the duration of the contract:

— Amount rbh 20% (subject to option law) — 12 400,

— Amount rbh 80% — 49 600,

— Maximum amount of rbh 100% (with the right option) — 62,000.

The performance of the postal operation activities referred to in point 1 shall consist of the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974. Persons performing the activities indicated in Annex 1 to the draft contract must be employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract
