A partner is being sought who is the link between carriers and mobility center on the one hand, and the 18 municipalities and the province of North Brabant as client on the other.

Contract management focuses on:

- ensuring that high-quality transport is provided for the traveler and that the actual volumes produced for the mobility center and transport are settled with municipalities and the province,

- checking the quality and volumes achieved by carriers and mobility center,

- actively collecting information about the quality perception of the traveler and the development of costs for (daily) contract management and (monthly) reporting to clients.

The main tasks are:

- point of contact,

- management and administration,

- drawing up reports,

- invoice verification and compliance with PoR Transport and Mobility Center,

- conducting the complaints administration,

- communication.

Contract management on behalf of 18 municipalities and the province about Collective Demand-dependent transport by three carriers and a mobility center.
