Description:
Biennial routine maintenance service of the green areas located within the airport grounds on the land side of the Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport. CIG 9714028D7C

The contract concerns the two-year routine maintenance service of the green/uncultivated areas owned or used by ADR Spa and located within the airport grounds on the land side of the Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport, in order to ensure optimal management of the plant heritage.

The contract concerns the two-year routine maintenance service of the green/uncultivated areas owned or used by ADR Spa and located within the airport grounds on the land side of Fiumicino Airport. For green / uncultivated areas we mean gardens, flower beds, cultivated trees, spontaneous trees, avenues, planters,

roundabouts and greenery pertaining to roads, parking lots, public buildings, technological artifacts, and others

Scopes defined by the documentation accompanying this procedure.

The two-year contract amount, net of options, is EUR 1 028 241.68 excluding VAT, and is as follows:

(a) EUR 954,464.16 as the starting amount of the auction for the routine maintenance service of green areas;

b) EUR 67,082.00 as the maximum amount "to measure" available to the Customer, subject to a discount (without prejudice to the maximum amount available, only price lists are subject to reduction), for additional activities with respect to ordinary maintenance;

(c) EUR 6,695.52 as a "tailor-made" amount, not subject to discount, for security charges from DUVRI

Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, of the Procurement Code, the labor costs that the contracting authority has estimated for the execution of the service referred to in letter a) above are equal to EUR 750,000.00.

With reference to the methods of accounting and payment of the amounts mentioned above, please refer to the provisions of the further tender documents (i.e. Special Tender Specifications, etc.).

The contract cannot be divided into lots pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments due to the need for the Customer to carry out a synergistic management of the services covered by the contract in order to:

- to ensure a more effective and coordinated use of the whole of the activities being procured;

- guarantee a uniform quality level of the service in all areas subject to intervention;

- effectively monitor spending and ensure the rationalization and containment of expenditure through a global management of the service itself.

The amounts referred to in Articles. II.1.5 and II.2.6 and the duration referred to in art. II.2.7 refers to the amount and period of validity including any full exercise of the extension option.
