The offer includes the delivery, assembly and connection of all parts described in more detail in the specifications. Permanently installed and loose furniture must be assembled complete with all built-in parts for ready-to-use use and connected to the house lines. An overall furnishing in which the individual furnishings correspond to each other in shape, colours and materials is mandatory. i.e. are coordinated from a series in order to ensure a coherent and consistent furnishing of the individual areas.

All installation parts must be assembled ready for use. The power supply lines are provided in the electrical trade. The sanitary and electrical connections must be made ready for operation by the contractor. On the sanitary side, in the area of the wall row (L-angle), the sewage pipe laying of the individual sinks and the dishwasher to the central drainage point behind the cores is to be led through the contractor. The inlet sinks are to be assembled complete with sink batteries, drain and overflow sets as well as the odor traps. Required ceiling strips, seals, fastening material, cut-outs and work-outs must be taken into account.
